Who we are:
OMM is a full service experience agency with separate business units covering Creative Digital Services, Sports consultancy and technology and large format Print. By utilising our creatives services and drawing on these business units we can provide a marketing mix to enhance your design, development, large format digital print, technology projects.

O’Neill Modernmedia (OMM) Limited is the data controller under the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) that will apply from 25 May 2018.
Why we collect your information:
Under the GDPR regulations there are six legal grounds through which we can process personal data, all of which are equally valid and allow us to meet the first principle of GDPR – that data can be processed lawfully. The legal ground under which we collect data is that it is ‘necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests, rights or freedoms of the data subject’. We use the data we collect to send you marketing communications we believe will be of interest and of value you to. We never share your data with any third parties other than those we have carefully selected and who are acting on our behalf to send you communications.

How we collect information from you:
We obtain information about you when you use our site, when you contact us directly (for example by phone, email and/or our data form on our website). We may also obtain information about you when you download our specific information (such as white papers or reports) or when you interact with us through social media. From time to time, we may also buy in data from trusted data suppliers, which may include your data that you have actively opted in to be used and distributed by that organisation and obtain contact information through online research.

You can unsubscribe from any emails we may send you and you can contact us directly (email: privacy@omm.agency) to opt out of receiving communication from us, have your data corrected or restrict the use of your data. Please note that, should you opt out, we would continue to hold your data on our systems but ensure we do not contact you. This is to ensure that we do not inadvertently add you to our database again. You can also always opt back in to receiving communication from us at any time.
We never sell the information we hold about you to third parties. The only third parties we may share your information with are trusted partners acting on our behalf to send you our communication. This includes but is not limited to printers producing mail-outs for us, email platforms (such as Mail Chimp) to send you emails or agencies undertaking outbound calls on our behalf.
You have the right to object to our processing your personal information for analytics purposes to enhance or improve our site. You can do this by managing your privacy settings on your browser.
We do not collect and/or process any sensitive information about you. However, we still take the security of any data we hold about you seriously and have made our best efforts to ensure its treated securely on our systems.

When visiting other sites, we recommend you to be aware of their privacy notices and practices. We cannot take responsibility for any external sites.
