In 2016, LNR asked OMM to advise on and conduct the process through which to choose 30 new LED perimeter systems for all the professional clubs in the Top14 & ProD2 rugby divisions. 8 years later, the LNR has again turned to OMM to renew these systems and provide expertise in this area to deliver 30 perimeter systems for French club rugby for the Autumn of 2025.
In partnership with the LNR, we created an RFP that was sent out to multiple relevant, interested companies. This included a detailed specification for the product and a plan for installation, operation, and service.
We analysed each of the returns and presented a report to the LNR on each company with a recommendation for a top 3, who were invited to an interview to demonstrate their products at Stade Matmut in Lyon.
Outcome
The successful company chosen by LNR at the culmination of this process will begin manufacturing and delivering the 30 systems for installation in August 2025.
OMM will then visit each stadium the day after the commissioning of the system to ensure that the products comply with the specification and layout as agreed to in the contract.

Define We work closely with all stakeholders to define the full range of objectives for any project.
Develop created an RFP that was sent out to over 25 companies.
Decide We collate all the information returned in the RFP including specification, commercial terms, relevant experience, references, and case studies and present all the RFP returns, with executive summaries, to the club/organisation for appraisal and ultimately, decision making.
Deliver Once the winning candidate has been chosen, OMM advises on and manages the entire process from design through a programme of acceptance testing, delivery, and final installation and sign-off of the project.
