London’s iconic stadium completed the transformation from Olympic stadium into a multi-use sport stadium and required a UEFA-compliant LED perimeter system, an LED ribbon for the first tier, and the installation of an iconic giant LED screen on the outside facing up to Westfield shopping centre.
Outcome
OMM have been working closely with the stadium for over 10 years, providing a range of consultancy, operational, technical, and creative services, in addition to Large Format Print.
OMM now operates all the digital assets on behalf of the stadium and creates much of the LED content for these assets, both for the stadium and also directly for West Ham United home matches.

Define We work closely with all stakeholders to define the full range of objectives for any project.
Develop created an RFP that was sent out to over 25 companies.
Decide We collate all the information returned in the RFP including specification, commercial terms, relevant experience, references, and case studies and present all the RFP returns, with executive summaries, to the club/organisation for appraisal and ultimately, decision making.
Deliver Once the winning candidate has been chosen, OMM advises on and manages the entire process from design through a programme of acceptance testing, delivery, and final installation and sign-off of the project.
