Nike asked us to come up with an engaging way to drive Membership in their Nike Factory Stores across Europe over the Cyber and Gifting months.

Play to Unlock Member Benefits
Shoot hoops in augmented reality to unlock prizes and discounts at Nike Factory Stores across Europe for the Gifting & Cyber-month Game Time campaigns. Consumers could shoot hoops in-store and collect prizes once they had signed up to be a Nike member.

Custom-built iPad App
A custom-built iPad app was used by staff to sign consumers up for the game, and to scan their winning QR code to enable participants to redeem their prize.

Guided Consumer Journey
To ensure there was a clear focal point for the AR experience, we designed and built multiple staff podiums and floor vinyls to drive the experience. The podiums had a built-in screen to give extra info about the experience. Staff would sign people up here and explain the game with help from an attract video. The podiums also had power points inside so staff iPads could stay charged. Later, players would head back to the podium to redeem their prizes, which were also stored inside.

Localised Prize Distribution Algorithm
Each store had their own prizes to hand out, so we created an algorithm that could distribute prizes on a store-by-store basis.

Campaign Media
To launch the campaign, a series of videos and stills were created to live on the Nike App and various social media channels. Various physical extras such as staff T-shirts were designed and produced to promote the event in-store.
