The redesigned Nike Running Shoe Finder 2.0 ensures users spend less time searching and more time running. A clean, minimalist interface guides users through three quick-fire questions to determine their ideal shoe based on Running Goals, Support Needs and Surface Preference. At the end of the journey, users are presented with a personalised shoe recommendation, complete with detailed product features and links for instant purchase.

We utilised two years’ worth of behavioural data to inform every element of the redesign, from question flow to page load optimisation, resulting in a dramatically improved user experience.
