OMM were asked to provide insights for the supervision and advisory of the LED systems that had been chosen for the RWC19 in Japan. Subsequently, using our 4D process, we were involved from the beginning of the process at RWC23 in France.
Outcome
We reprised our role for World Rugby in the RWC23 in France, once we had advised on the choosing of the most suitable LED deployment partner for this tournament.
Pre-Production

Define We work closely with all stakeholders to define the full range of objectives for any project.
Develop created an RFP that was sent out to over 25 companies.
Decide We collate all the information returned in the RFP including specification, commercial terms, relevant experience, references, and case studies and present all the RFP returns, with executive summaries, to the club/organisation for appraisal and ultimately, decision making.
Deliver Once the winning candidate has been chosen, OMM advises on and manages the entire process from design through a programme of acceptance testing, delivery, and final installation and sign-off of the project.
