OMM had been working closely with WR for the RWC19 in Japan advising and supervising on the LED perimeter at each of the stadia across Japan.
Our known expertise in the field of Virtual Replacement Technology for sports perimeters, especially with UEFA, enabled us to advise WR further to investigate the efficacy of the products and companies in this sector, with specific regard to these services being used for Rugby.
Outcome
OMM organised and attended the final qualifying matches in Dubai to test a number of suppliers of this technology. Using our unique Post-Match Analysis tool, OMM delivered a detailed report to WR to enable them to make a considered choice of supplier.
For RWC23, OMM provided a detailed market overview and advised on the process through which to determine the most suitable supplier and the criteria upon which to measure performance.

Define We work closely with all stakeholders to define the full range of objectives for any project.
Develop created an RFP that was sent out to over 25 companies.
Decide We collate all the information returned in the RFP including specification, commercial terms, relevant experience, references, and case studies and present all the RFP returns, with executive summaries, to the club/organisation for appraisal and ultimately, decision making.
Deliver Once the winning candidate has been chosen, OMM advises on and manages the entire process from design through a programme of acceptance testing, delivery, and final installation and sign-off of the project.
